It’s unfortunate that many people are led to believe that doing a little bit will lead to an enormous paycheck. You definitely need to create some massive action if you want to see substantial results.
A constant flow of leads is paramount and having quality conversations every day with a number of people about GDI is equally important. But, I know many people who are great at that, and yet still see their teams dwindling because they cannot or will not provide the support and training needed to help them duplicate the process.
Having something in place that your team can go to and get answers to their questions is an easy way to solve that. When you only have a few dozen people on your team talking to them one on one is not much of a problem. But, once you pass 1,000 members it becomes impossible to speak to them all and lead them hand in hand.
A marketing system that provides ongoing training is an excellent way to achieve this. One can also create their own training site, make videos and write e-books. Building a team is important, but training them to do the same simply cannot be neglected.
