When it comes to online network marketing people tend to over complicate the whole process which usually leaves people overwhelmed and frustrated with little no results.
Well in this post I want to simplify online network marketing so anyone who is truly serious about taking their network marketing business online can have every chance of success.
The problem with using the internet to generate leads for your network marketing business is that too many people just don’t know where to start or what they need to start, I remember the exact feeling of confusion when I first started to learn how to generate leads online and I have to say it’s frustrating, this is why I want to lay everything out and simplify online network marketing.
3 Steps To Online Network Marketing
1 – Online Marketing System
Before you can start using the internet to generate leads for your network marketing business you need to set yourself up for success right out of the gate and you do this by setting yourself up an online marketing system.
This consists of an auto-responder so you can store your leads details and follow up with them, a lead capture page or a website with an opt in form so people can enter their details in order to receive something of value, and some product you can offer on the frontend so you can make upfront income from your leads they call this a funded proposal.
I would even highly recommend setting yourself up a complete sales funnel so you can profit on the back-end of your business, if you’re not sure on what a sales funnel is then just watch this video.
2 – Online Marketing Strategy
Once you have your online marketing system setup and you’re ready to start driving traffic to your capture page it’s now time pick ONE online marketing strategy and get to work.
There are so many options when it comes to marketing online and this very fact will cause you to fail if you let it overwhelm you, this is why I highly recommend picking ONE marketing strategy and staying consistent with it until your generating a steady flow of leads then and only then can you add another marketing strategy into the mix.
My personal favourite is content creation and search engine optimization, I like to create content such as blog posts, articles and videos targeting a specific keyword that people are typing into google with the objective of positioning my content in front of the people who are searching for it.
When they land on my content they will find a link to a lead capture page which will allow me to generate leads and not just any leads these are highly targeted leads because I am targeting specific keywords.

3 – Follow Up
Once you’re generating leads from your online marketing strategy it’s now time to follow up and you can do this in a couple of different ways, you can auto-mate the process by having a pre-written email series within your auto-responder that goes out to your leads on complete auto-pilot.
This is how you create a sales funnel by offering value within your email follow up series with links to quality affiliate products, seminars, trainings, services and your business opportunity which will allow you to make multiple incomes streams in the process.
Online network marketing is no different to network marketing offline it’s still a relationship building game so if your leads enter their phone number into your capture you need to pick up that phone and connect with your prospects, you don’t want to just rely on email to follow up with your prospects because not everyone will open your emails but if you pick up the phone and make a connection you can bet your email open rate will increase.
Online Network Marketing Conclusion
The obvious benefits for online network marketing is the fact that you can take your network marketing business global and reach more people in a single day than you ever could if you weren’t marketing online.
Sure there is a learning curve involved but this is your business that will ultimately create your dream lifestyle isn’t it worth learning some new skill sets to expand your business? No brainer?
